Phase Two
Moving from "the XP uses Claude" to "the whole staff uses Claude well." Jay leads team training, workflow rollout, and sustainability across every department.

Live build time on your church's actual data. You leave every session with something working, not just notes.
Direct access for the senior pastor's team to attend live, plus dedicated train-the-trainer sessions throughout Phase Two.
